The Volunteer, a student publication, is the yearbook for University School of Nashville. University School of Nashville is a K-12 located in Nashville, Tennessee.
First things first… As a staff, each year we begin the process with a theme brainstorm. In early June, members of the yearbook staff got together with representatives of the senior class to develop the theme for the 07-08 Volunteer. A theme was chosen which represents USN’s location, as well as our state of mind. As students and faculty at USN, we spend our days on Edgehill Avenue while striving to stay on the cutting edge as learners. “Life on the Edge” was born on the backporch at the Tanner household amid burgers, typefaces, guacamole, magazine clippings, and google earth maps.
